本系規劃畢業生八項主要職涯發展方向：
文化藝術創意業、藝術表演演員業、中西戲劇編劇業、大眾傳播業、文化藝術企劃與行政業 、中西表演藝術導演業、文化藝術教育業、舞台技術人員，現況如下：
1. 深造
就讀研究所，至高中職與大學任教。
2. 服公職
至各縣市文化中心推廣藝文活動。
3. 創業
籌組傳播公司，自組劇團、表演工作室。
4. 台前幕後工作者
電視演員、製作、戲曲演員與製作執行、舞台劇、電影、說唱、記者、傳播、廣告、造型、主持、教育及參與其他各行各業出類拔萃者眾多。
The eight main career development directions planned for our graduates are as follows:
Cultural and Creative Industries: Working in fields related to cultural and artistic creativity.
Performing Arts: Pursuing a career as a performing artist.
Playwriting in Both Eastern and Western Drama: Engaging in scriptwriting for theater productions.
Mass Communication: Entering the field of mass media and communication.
Cultural and Artistic Planning and Administration: Involvement in cultural and artistic event planning and administrative work.
Directing in Both Eastern and Western Performing Arts: Taking on roles as directors in various performing arts.
Cultural and Artistic Education: Pursuing a career in arts education.
Stage Technicians: Working behind the scenes in technical roles for stage productions.
The current situation is as follows:
1. Further Studies: Some graduates are pursuing higher education by enrolling in graduate schools or teaching in high schools and vocational schools.
2. Public Sector: Others are serving in various county and city cultural centers, promoting cultural and artistic activities.
3. Entrepreneurship: Some are starting their own communication companies, forming drama troupes, or establishing performance studios.
4. On-stage and Off-stage Workers: There are many outstanding individuals among our graduates who excel in various fields, including television acting, production, traditional drama performance, stage plays, movies, rap, journalism, communication, advertising, styling, hosting, education, and involvement in various other industries.
